Wholesale Webshop is a software system which is intended for presenting and sale of spare parts assortment of our users-wholesale dealers.

System is consisted of web applications which enables processing of articles from the selling assortment and its representing and sale via Internet.

Our users of Wholesale Webshop system use Odyssey Online application for creating of database. We give to our users the possibility to select TecDoc brands which will be the part of their database. The first users' step is defining of wholesale price and internal code for articles of TecDoc brands which they have selected. All other information about these articles is from TecDoc, actual version on the market.

Our users are also enabled to add to database articles from their offer which are not in TecDoc. Articles processing, adding and change of information in Odyssey Online application is very simple.

Adding of new articles and change of existing can be done with import from Excel (you can add or change larger number of articles with one Excel file) or directly in the application through simple and fast user interface.

Odyssey Online enables users with processing of all information about articles such as vehicles models in which articles are built in, cross reference numbers, articles characteristics and images, prices and linkage between them.

Wholesale webshop system has two modes, depending on the functionalities which will be the part of the package.

In standard mode Webshop and selling assortment of our users will be available 24 hours a day for registered buyers. Registered buyers will have insight in the prices, availability and articles information, their orders will be sent through Webshop system, and users will receive orders via e-mail and will answer to his buyers via e-mail.

Our users in standard mode will have the possibility to review orders and complete evidence of buyers in the system, to present special offer, articles on discount and news which are also sent via system and can contain various links, information and images.

In professional mode Webshop and users selling assortment will be available to registered buyers 24 hours a day. Registered buyers will have insight in the prices, availability and information about articles and will send their orders through Wholesale Webshop system.

Our users in professional mode will have the possibility of reviewing and complete evidence of buyers in the system. Professional mode will enable integration of the system with ERP, presenting of the special offer, articles on discount and news which are also sent via system and can contain various links, information and images.

Professional mode also enables insight in the complete statistics of ordering and sale of assortment.
